The MiM is a two-year, full-time program that weaves academic excellence, pivotal location, and superb networking prospects, to help graduates kick-start their international careers as responsible managers, finance executives, entrepreneurs, or business consultants.

Using an innovative learning approach that balances academic rigour with managerial relevance, the MiM curriculum consists of core courses that advance students' knowledge in the functional areas of management and elective courses that offer specialized knowledge and real-life examples in the areas of Entrepreneurship and InnovationInternational Management, and Luxury, Fashion and Made in Italy.

The MiM's teaching approach is truly innovative. Drawing on unrivaled corporate connections via Confindustria - the largest Italian confederation of industry the MiM program combines academic and practice-oriented lectures, with workshops and live case studies.

The master's program in Management provides a unique opportunity for students who want to pursue careers in the areas of administration, strategy, organization, human resource management, and finance. Each track enables candidates to acquire skills, knowledge, and methods in specific subject areas to cover roles for various employers including large corporations, multinational enterprises, government agencies, and medium-sized enterprises.

After the choice,the individual study plan must be approved by the Dean of the Department or his delegate.

Prova Finale - Master Degree's Thesis  (18 credits)

The final evaluation for master's degree programs consists of the discussion and evaluation of a dissertation written in Italian or a foreign language on a topic related to a course the student has passed an exam on.

Ulteriori conoscenze linguistiche - Additional language skills (4 credits)

Students are required to study a foreign language, choosing from Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, during the II semester of the I year. The course must be chosen in November 2017 according to the procedure that will be communicated. For more information contact the University Language Center.

Tirocini formativi e di orientamento - Internship or project work (8 credits)

An internship or project is required for 8 credits. The internship or project can be performed in both the I or II year of the program. For more information contact the  Career Services Office or Program Project work .

Altre conoscenze utili per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro - Additional skills for the job market (4 credits) 

An Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability workshop is required for 4 credits. More information will be provided during seminars, notices and email during the I semester of the I year. For more information contact ERS Lab.

The Laboratory is held in the II semester of the I year.

Please note that starting with applications for international exchange programs for the 2018-2019 academic year, evaluations will take into consideration all credits earned by the winter exam session, no exceptions.
