The MiM is a two-year, full-time program that weaves academic excellence, pivotal location, and superb networking prospects, to help graduates kick-start their international careers as responsible managers, finance executives, entrepreneurs, or business consultants.

Using an innovative learning approach that balances academic rigour with managerial relevance, the MiM curriculum consists of core courses that advance students' knowledge in the functional areas of management and elective courses that offer specialized knowledge and real-life examples in the areas of Entrepreneurship and InnovationInternational Management, and Luxury, Fashion and Made in Italy.

Thesis evaluation (18 credits)
The final evaluation for master's degree programs consists of the discussion and evaluation of a dissertation written in Italian or a foreign language on a topic related to a course the student has passed an exam on.

Additional language skills (4 credits)
Students are required to study a foreign language, choosing from Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, during the II semester of the I year. The course must be chosen in November 2016 according to the procedure that will be communicated. For more information contact the University Language Center.

Internship or project work (8 credits)
An internship or project is required for 8 credits. The internship or project can be performed in both the I or II year of the program. For more information contact the Career Services Office.

Additional skills for the job market (4 credits)
An Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability workshop is required for 4 credits. More information will be provided during seminars, notices and email during the I semester of the I year. For more information contact ERS Lab.
In 2016-2017 the QTEM (Quantitative Techniques for Economics and Management network) program is open to students enrolled in the I year of the master's degree in Management with a major in Corporate Finance.
