Fall Session academic year 2019/2020 (September 1st – October 3rd, 2020)

Updated as of 23/9/2020

September 1st – September 12 2020, open to all students;

September 21 – October 3rd 2020 reserved to students enrolled in the 2019/2020 a.y. in the III year of their Bachelor Degree, II year of their Master’s Degree, V year of the Single Cycle Master’s Degree and to all students enrolled outside of the prescribed timeframe.

Considering the ongoing emergency caused by the global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, in compliance with the recent ministerial guidelines and the mandatory safety regulations to safeguard our students’ health, the Fall exam Session 2019-2020 a.y. will be held via distance learning, except for the written examinations listed here, which will be held on campus as established by the Academic Senate in the meeting of June 30 2020. For written examinations which include an oral exam in the same day, the latter will be held on campus as well.

In order to be able to ensure the smooth running of online examinations, students will need a device with a webcam, microphone, speaker and a stable internet connection.

For these reasons, we remind you that:

  • You will be able to book your exams through the Web Self Service starting from July 28, 2020;
  • The booking of exams is mandatory and binding to sit the exam;
  • You may book your exams through the Web Self Service, under the section “Exams – available dates” within 5 days from the exam date;
  • In case of written and oral examinations, students must book both exams (even if they are held in the same day);
  • In order to be able to book their exams, students must be up to date with their tuition.

Exam dates are subject to change, therefore it is advisable to check the Web Self Service and the website to ensure no scheduling conflicts arise.
An exam is considered passed only once the grade has been finalized on the student’s record. Students may take an exam and any prerequisite exams in the same session, regardless of the order in which they are held.
