LM-77 Scienze economico-aziendali
The MiM is a two-year, full-time program that weaves academic excellence, pivotal location, and superb networking prospects, to help graduates kick-start their international careers as responsible managers, finance executives, entrepreneurs, or business consultants.
Using an innovative learning approach that balances academic rigour with managerial relevance, the MiM curriculum consists of core courses that advance students' knowledge in the functional areas of management and elective courses that offer specialized knowledge and real-life examples in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Management, and Luxury, Fashion and Made in Italy.

At the end of the I year, students are required to choose the Major and 2 core courses from among the courses on the list of the core program chosen (through Web Self Service for a total of 12 credits).
The students who chose the Individual Study Plan can choose the Core courses from all majors' core programs

A scelta dello studente - Elective courses (12 credits)
Students have to choose two elective courses of 6 credits that will be held in the I semester of the II year. The courses have to be chosen at the end of the I year. Elective courses can be chosen also from all majors' core programs.
After the choice, the individual study plan must be approved by the Dean of the Department or his delegate.
Prova Finale - Master Degree's Thesis (18 credits)
The final evaluation for master's degree programs consists of the discussion and evaluation of a dissertation written in English on a topic related to a course the student has passed an exam on.
Ulteriori conoscenze linguistiche – Mandatory language (4 credits)
Students have to attend a mandatory language, choosing from Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The course will be held during the II semester of the I year.
Students must choose the mandatory language during the I semester of the I year according to the procedure that will be communicated. For further information: The University Language Center
Tirocini formativi e di orientamento - Internships or project works
An internship or project work is required for 6 credits. The internship or project work can be performed in both the I and II year of the program. For more information contact the Career Services Office or Luiss Project Network.
Altre conoscenze utili per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro - Other activities to gain useful work-related skills
- During the freshers Week students will take part to the Learning Innovation Activities. These activities are designed for the students to get to know Luiss. Students will meet important practitioners to reflect on important themes: diversity, ethics, the importance of socio-emotional sensibility in interpersonal relations, the importance of personal purpose in the professional and individual life. The idea behind the project is to connect personal and professional life and learn from experienced practitioners. Students will develop several skills such as: team-work, project management, communications and organizational skills, and digital skills. Through these mandatory activities will be recognized 2 credits.
GAP 1 and GAP 2
In the gap between the first and second semester (GAP 1), students will be able to participate in a series of activities called "Content Design & Production", with the aim of helping students to strengthen the skills acquired during the first semester and to complete their experience of "Enquirer”.
Through these mandatory activities will be recognized 2 credits.
In the gap between second and third semesters (GAP 2), students will be able to participate in a series of activities called "Be Active in the Summer" that will allow them to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired during their first year of study. These activities involve students in working groups for non-profit and/or for profit in order to carry out and propose research projects. Through these mandatory activities will be recognized 2 credits
For selection purposes (Exchange Programs, Double Degrees, Structured Partnerships) account will be taken of all credits earned and recorded by the end of the winter exam session (including credits earned from internships, languages, seminars, soft skills, summer schools, courses brought forward, etc.). Credits earned from additional courses (corsi liberi) will not count.
