LM-77 Scienze economico-aziendali

I laureati in Gestione d’impresa si distinguono per padroneggiare sia le competenze che caratterizzano le principali funzioni aziendali, sia l’abilità di sviluppare una visione sistemica e strategica dell’impresa. I vari indirizzi di specializzazione consentono allo studente di acquisire conoscenze specifiche e, attraverso esse, di indirizzare il proprio profilo professionale e, conseguentemente, il futuro impiego. In particolare:

  • i laureati in Gestione d’impresa con indirizzo in Imprenditorialità e family business desiderano acquisire le competenze per creare e gestire nuove imprese/progetti imprenditoriali o per gestire piccole e medie imprese esistenti,
  • i laureati in Gestione d’impresa con indirizzo in Organizzazione e gestione delle risorse umane intendono orientare il loro curriculum verso l’inserimento all’interno della funzione gestione delle risorse umane in una media o grande impresa, italiana o straniera,
  • i laureati in Gestione d’impresa con indirizzo in Strategic management intendono orientare il loro curriculum verso la consulenza strategica o la gestione aziendale di aziende di varie dimensioni,
  • i laureati in Gestione d’impresa che sceglieranno il Piano di studio individuale desiderano orientare il loro curriculum verso una determinata funzione aziendale al fine di maturare le competenze necessarie per operare con successo al suo interno come junior manager o per supportarne l’attività dall’esterno come consulente.

Additional Credits 
Elective courses (12 credits)
At the end of the I year, students must choose two courses through Web Self Service to obtain 12 elective credits. These courses may be chosen from courses in their major, other majors and electives. One elective must be taken in English.

Students who choose the individual study plan must choose their electives through Web Self Services and submit their study plan to the director of the Department for approval.

Final exam 
The final exam (18 credits) for master’s degree students includes preparing and defending a thesis written in Italian or another language on a topic related to a course taken during the student’s years of study.

Foreign language skills 
Students must register for the four-credit Business English course, to be taken during the II semester of the I year. For more information, contact the University Language Center.

Internship or Project Work 
Students must also register for an internship or project work worth 8 credits. Students may also perform the internship or project during the first year of studies. For more information, contact the Career Services Office or read more about the Project Work network.

Additional skills for the workplace
Students must register for a four-credit Ethics, Responsibility and Sustainability workshop. Students will receive more information during meetings, notices and emails during their first year of studies.

For selection purposes (Exchange Programs, Double Degrees, Structured Partnerships) account will be taken of all credits earned and recorded by the end of the winter exam session (including credits earned from internships, languages, seminars, soft skills, summer schools, courses brought forward, etc.).
