The course introduces future leaders to 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development (SDGs) and how they are perceived and applied at the Italian and international levels.
The course focuses on five of the goals:
- Goal 9 – industry, innovation and infrastructure
- Goal 5 – gender equality
- Goal 8 – decent work and economic growth
- Goal 16 – peace, justice and strong institutions
During the first 16 hours of the course, students will be introduced to the context and objectives through best practices. The final 24 hours of the course are dedicated to project work.
The course is a total of 40 hours. To receive credit, students must participate in at least 70% of the total course hours, or 28 hours, and pass a final evaluation assigned by the instructor.
The course is offered exclusively in Italian (30 students).
