Curriculum

Roberto Dandi (PhD in Organizational Behavior) is Assistant Professor of Management at LUISS Guido Carli.
His research/teaching/consulting focus is on health care and social care policy, management and organisation.
He develops and manages training courses and events for the Public Administration and Healthcare Area at LUISS Business School.
He teaches Organizational Design, Organizational Consequences of ICTs, and Knowledge Mangement at LUISS Business School.
Formerly, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He has been involved in several national and international projects on health and social care: a EU funded project ANCIEN, on long-term care in Europe (2009-2012); a Ministry of Research project (MIUR 2007) on pediatrician networks (2008-2010); a Ministry of Health project on maternal and child health departments (2012); a project funded by the Centro Nazionale Trapianti (National Trasplant Centre) on the governance on the Italian transplant network (2011-2012); a study on Catholic Hospital identity and management in the US (2007-2010); an observatory on the quality of medical education commissioned by the Association of Medical Schools Presidents (2007-today).
Previously he has been involved in research projects about technology use (a EU-funded COMMORG, on the use of email in organisation, 2001-2003; a MIUR 2001 project on virtual organisations, 2002-2003) and knowledge networks (a NSF-funded project on networks in communities, 2005-2006; a FILAS spa-funded project on innovation networks in Lazio firms, 2004-2005; a NSF-funded project on knowledge networks in organisations, 2002).
His research interests deal with: health care and social care policy, management and organisation; information and communication technology use; knowledge management; organizational network analysis.
