Management

Il corso di laurea Magistrale in “Management” è interamente tenuto in lingua inglese ed intende formare figure professionali in grado di svolgere funzioni gestionali e specialistiche all'interno di aziende e società di consulenza direzionale.

È prevista la possibilità per un numero limitato di studenti di conseguire un doppio titolo. Sono infatti attivi programmi di Double Degree con le seguenti università: Fudan University, Shangai, China; European Business School (EBS), Rheingau-Wiesbaden Germania; Universidade Nova, Lisbona, Portogallo; City University London, CASS Business School, Londra, Regno Unito; Skema Business School, Sophia Antipolis, Francia.

Attraverso questa tipologia di programmi si intende sviluppare competenze professionali che consentano al laureato di inserirsi in contesti internazionali fortemente competitivi. Gli studenti interessati ai programmi di Double Degree con Fudan o EBS sono selezionati nel corso del terzo anno della Laurea Triennale, mentre la selezione per il Double Degree con Nova, City University, e Skema si svolge nel corso del I anno di Management. 

Il corso si articola in un primo anno in cui accanto agli insegnamenti che consentono di sviluppare competenze specialistiche comuni nell'ambito della gestione, dell'organizzazione aziendale, dell'analisi finanziaria e delle dinamiche competitive, avendo come riferimento aziende e società di consulenza direzionale operanti in un contesto globale, lo studente può scegliere di specializzarsi in una delle aree d'interesse proposte dal Dipartimento. L’articolazione delle aree d’interesse esprime la forte vocazione internazionale della figura professionale che si intende formare e ricalca i settori in cui è maggiore la domanda di professionalità altamente specializzate e al contempo in grado di agire e confrontarsi con soggetti globali.

In order to earn a master's degree, students must pass all classes and learning activities for a total of 120 credits.

Major has to be chosen when applying for the admission test. Students admitted without taking the test should choose a major when they enroll. Majors are not offered unless they are selected by a minimum number of students, as set out in LUISS Guido Carli's Academic Plan.

Chinese DDIM students must attend the Italian course at LUISS.
